All of our classes are open to different fitness levels, from those who are new to group fitness programs and/or exercising to those who are active in group fitness programs or another type of exercise program. Fitness Instructors will provide optional modifications, to make the workout more or less challenging. It is the responsibility of patrons to choose the modifications that will give them the safest, most effective workout.
*It is recommended that individuals who are new to exercise consult with their physician before participating in group fitness classes. Individuals who have been cleared by a physician but have medical conditions such as high blood pressure, arthritis, diabetes, asthma, pregnancy, etc. should make their fitness instructor(s) aware of their condition in case the instructor has any advice for modifications during the class.
Barre: The Barre workout combines fitness techniques from Yoga, Pilates and Dance, and stresses core and total body conditioning. Strengthen and lengthen your muscles while working to the beat of the music. If you are looking to build body awareness, self-confidence and strength while having fun, this class is for you!
BarreCycle: This class starts off with a half hour of cycling to get your heart pumping before transitioning to a half hour of barre, creating the perfect cardio+strength combination!
Barre HIIT: A combination of the barre moves you know and love with high intensity interval training, this class is perfect for people looking to take their love for barre up a notch!
Blacklight Dance Party: Not only will this be the best party you’ve ever been to on a Tuesday night, but you’ll also get a great, heart pumping workout in! Bring all your friends with you to this late night cardio dance party under the blacklights.
BODYCOMBAT™: The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
BODYPUMP™: This is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This strength training workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Candlelight Vinyasa Yoga: During our Candlelight Vinyasa Flow you will enjoy a peaceful and relaxing candlelit room as you move from one pose to the next, incorporating intentional breathing. A perfect way to unwind mid-week.
Cardio Core: Combining a heart pumping cardio circuit with creative core exercises, this class is sure to satisfy your entire body. Set to your favorite pop and hip-hop hits, you won’t see the time go by in this confidence-boosting workout.
Cardio Dance: Using all of your favorite dance moves, this class will take your workout and level of exhilaration through the roof! No dance experience is needed to take this class. Just be prepared to cut loose and have a great time!
Cardio Hip-Hop: Forget your workout and come join the party! This high intensity cardio dance class incorporates your favorite hip- hop music and moves for a total body workout. No dance experience needed, just come ready to shake yo booty!
Cycling: An aerobic exercise performed on a stationary bike with upbeat music to keep you motivated the entire class. Come experience the feel of our new bikes and enjoy this adrenaline pumping class!
Cycle TRX: This class gives you the cycling you crave combined with suspension training bodyweight exercises that develop strength, balance, and improve flexibility. This class is for all levels, and is a great personalized full body workout!
HIIT: This interval class combines bursts of high-intensity cardio with total-body strength conditioning to elevate your heart rate and improve endurance.
Happy Hour: T.G.I.F.! It's the end of the week and time to let loose and have some fun. Get your weekend off to a great start with a fun exercise class! Workouts and instructors vary weekly. Check online or studio postings for a schedule.
Pilates: A mat-based workout that uses movements to improve posture, flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Pilates integrates body and mind to create a balanced form, while focusing on the body's core area: abs, glutes, hips and lower back.
Step: This is a high-intensity workout using an adjustable platform with simple basic footwork. By working through footwork patterns that are fun and easy to pick up, this class provide an effective workout for all fitness levels!
Stretch and Roll: 45 minutes dedicated solely to stretching and deep muscle release using tennis balls, foam rollers, and bands. This is a great way to release tension from the week before, and roll into the coming week!
STRONG by Zumba®: A combination of body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training synched to up beat music guaranteed to work your entire body. Come check out this exciting new format!
Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa flow focuses on linking traditional postures to the breath to build internal heat. This class promotes flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. This is a more intermediate level than our regular Yoga class.
Yin Yoga: Yin practice targets the deeper connective tissue with the aim of increasing circulation and improving overall flexibility. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow time to settle into deep stretches for meditative practice.
Yoga: Yoga is a wonderful way to release tension and reconnect with the mind, body, and spirit. This class systematically works the entire body, incorporating strength, balance and flexibility. The breath work and static poses will stimulate your mind and restore your body.
Yoga Conditioning: Yoga Conditioning blends traditional yoga with dynamic strength training utilizing weights and bands. This is a great class to help build stamina and enhance range of motion.
Yoga + Meditation (75 min): A relaxing yoga class for all levels, followed by an extended meditation at the end. A great way to recharge and get ready for the week to come.
ZUMBA®: A Latin inspired fitness class that combines all the rhythms in Latin music into an energizing dance workout. No dance experience is needed, just be prepared to have fun!
