Tribe Responses is free, web-based software designed for faculty, students and staff. All you need to create a simple web form is an Internet connection and your W&M Username. Student organizations may also use this tool to create forms using their Student Org W&M Username.
Note: for assistance with your Student Org W&M Username, please contact the Student Leadership Development office at [[leadership]] or (757) 221-3300.
It's All on the Web
If you have an Internet connection and a web browser, then you're ready to start building your forms. With Tribe Responses you don't have to worry about mapping a drive, or using FTP to connect to a web server. In fact, you can create and edit your forms, and even manage your form data without leaving your browser.
To create a form, login at forms.wm.edu. Once your form is complete, you can send people to it directly using a simple web address. Public forms can be embedded in your department's official Cascade website.
From Us to You
Tribe Responses is developed by people at W&M for people at W&M. You'll get an unparalleled level of help and support for your forms when you use Tribe Responses.
As you build your forms, the system will guide you through the process. Should you need additional support, we offer help pages (available in Tribe Responses by clicking Get Help or any along the way).
