Logistics and Forms
You must complete a Student Space Request Form to schedule locations on campus (pdf). Forms are available and should be turned into the Scheduling Office at the CORT.
- Guidelines for Student Meetings (pdf).
- Student Space Request Form (pdf): This form is used to reserve event spaces. You can print the form; however, it can not be submitted electronically. Requests can take several days to process, but you can expedite this process by including alternate dates, times, and locations on your request form.
- Academic Classrooms Form: For academic classrooms, you can fill out the Tribe Response Form for requests less than two hours. If you need a classroom for longer than two hours, please use the Student Space Request Form above.

The Scheduling Office can help you organize your furniture needs for outdoor events. Classrooms come as-is. You can request furniture for outdoor areas through the Tribe Response Form.
