Activity and Event Funding

The Activity and Event Funding is available to Student Organizations to provide financial assistance when planning activities and events. To qualify for funding your group must be an approved recognized William & Mary organization hosting an event or activity that is on campus and open to the entire campus community. This funding is intended to provide organizations with assistance when planning events for a wide spectrum of activities. If someone has a unique or new idea that could positively impact the campus, we want to assist you with making it happen.

NEW THIS YEAR: In celebration of 100 years of Co-Education, the Activity & Event Fund will closely consider and may prioritize funding requests that meet current criteria of A&E Funding AND support initiatives that highlight and celebrate the impact of women and co-education.

Funding for 2018-2019 now available.
