To advertise your event on the Sadler Center website, you must first create your event in the W&M Events system. Anyone with a W&M username can sign in at events.wm.edu and enter your event information. When you're ready, simply "Recommend" your event to the Sadler and Campus Center calendar, located under "William & Mary Departments, Offices, and Programs." Feel free to also recommend your event to other relevant departments. If you need additional assistance, please visit the Events FAQ page.
The Sadler Center webmaster will only approve events that meet the following guidelines:
- Event must be held in the Sadler Center or Campus Center.
- Room must already be confirmed for the event.
- Event must be held by a recognized campus department or organization.
