Saturday, August 19, 2021: Welcome Activities

1-5:00pm	Optional Household Item Giveaway [Baptist Collegiate Ministries, 244 S. Boundary St] - Get free gently used household items
2-4:00pm	Optional Shopping trip to Target

Sunday, August 20, 2021: International Orientation Program (REQUIRED)

8:45am-1:00pm	International Orientation Program [Chesapeake A, Sadler Center] Attend sessions designed to help you make the most of your time at W&M! Meet other international students and W&M staff. Breakfast will be provided. Family members are invited to join the breakfast.
9:30-11:30am	International Family Network Meeting [York Room, Campus Center] - If your spouse/partner and children are here, we invite them to meet Reves staff and other W&M families.
11:30am-1:00pm	Optional social event for families.

Monday, August 21, 2021: Campus Employment Paperwork and Optional Check-in Assistance

9:30-10:30AM	I-9 Session [Reves Center] - If you have a W&M job or assistantship, attend this session to complete the necessary paperwork specific to you as an international student. Refer to the International Orientation Schedule for more information.
9:00am-12:00pm	Optional help with immigration check-in [Reves Center]

Tuesday, August 22, 2021: Social Security Trip

7:30-9:30am	Social Security Trip [meet at Hunt Parking Circle] - If you have a W&M job or assistantship, but do not have a social security number, attend this trip. Refer to the International Orientation Schedule for more information.
10:00am-12pm	English Language Placement Test [Reves Conference Room, 2nd floor Reves Center] - Required for non-native English speaking graduate Arts & Sciences students

Tuesday, August 29, 2021: Campus Employment Paperwork (Payroll)

1:00-3:30pm

Payroll Session [Reves Center] - If you have a W&M job or assistantship, attend this session to complete the necessary paperwork specific to you as an international student. Refer to the International Orientation Schedule for more information.

Friday, September 1, 2021: International Family Network

10:00am-12pm

International Family Network Meeting [Reves Center] - Family members and children are invited to join us for the first meeting of the semester! A campus tour will follow the meeting.
