| April 10, 2023 | Deadline to submit new and/or revised Medical Housing Accommodation requests and documentation to the Student Accessibility Services office. |
| April 21, 2023 | Priority Deadline for Summer Housing Applications - applications will still be considered after this date if space is available |
| April 24, 2023 | Summer Assignment emails will begin going out this week |
| May 28, 2022 | Summer Housing check in by appointment begins - 2023 Move In Form (available by April 28, 2023) |
| August 5, 2023 | Summer Housing check out by 10:00 a.m. for those students not assigned to live at the Graduate Complex for Fall 2023 |

- Graduate Complex Room Rate - $33.62 per day
- Please allow 5 business days for summer housing applications made after April 21, 2023 to be responded too.
- Weekend check in appointments are limited to Sunday, May 28, 2023 & Sunday, July 2, 2023. All other check in appointments are Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Evening and Holiday check in appointments are not available.
- Summer Application, 2023 Move in Appointments, and Express Check Out forms are all accessed on the Housing Portal.

Who is eligible to reside in the Graduate Complex during the summer?
Priority for space in the Graduate Complex during Summer 2023 will be given to students enrolled in W&M summer courses or a W&M credit-bearing activity that is conducted over the summer. If space permits rooms may be offered to individuals who have been enrolled at W&M in the prior Spring Semester (2023), OR will be enrolled in the upcoming Fall Semester (2023).
If you are not currently on a academic year and summer contract and you want to stay in the Graduate Complex after Noon on May 22, 2023, what do you do?You must fill out a summer housing application. |
If you want to arrive to graduate housing for the fall before August 14, 2023, is that possible?The Graduate Complex officially opens for Fall check-in on Monday, August 14, 2023. Requests for early arrival must be made by filling out a summer housing application. While early arrivals requests are not guaranteed, students with academic commitments before the official fall opening date are prioritized (example: MBA Boot Camp). Keep in mind that weekend check ins are limited to Sunday, May 28, 2023 & Sunday, July 2, 2023. All other check in appointments are Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Evening and Holiday check in appointments are NOT available including August 12 & 13, 2023. |
I'm a current resident, can I stay in my current apartment?That depends. Residents on an academic year and summer contract may be able to stay in their current apartment. Current Graduate Complex residents on an academic year only contract who apply by the priority deadline of April 21 should be able to remain in their current apartment. For both of these situations, the only reason you may be temporarily assigned to another apartment is if Facilities Management needs to complete major maintenance work in the apartment. Current Graduate Complex residents who apply for summer housing after April 21 may or may not be able to remain in their current apartment. New and incoming resident assignments, as well as room change assignments, are made in the days immediately following the April 21 deadline. It is possible that an incoming student will be assigned to your current apartment. If this occurs, you will receive a new housing assignment for the summer. |
Is there any work occurring at the Graduate Complex this summerBuildings 200 and 700 will be under maintenance all summer and is not available for summer assignments |
