Students Studying Away – Fall Semester 2023
Students who are studying away during the fall 2023 semester can sign a housing contact in early November 2023 on the Housing Portal for the spring 2024 semester.
Students Studying Away – Fall Semester 2024
Students who are studying away during the fall 2024 semester can sign a housing contact in early November 2024 on the Housing Portal for the spring 2025 semester.
Students Planning to Studying Away – Spring Semester 2025
Students who plan to live on campus For the fall 2024 Semester but plan to study away for the Spring 2025 semester must sign a housing contract by the due date to be eligible to participate in the Returning Student Room Selection Process. If Residence Life is notified by the appropriate office, we will remove the spring 2025 housing assignment and billing.
Unconfirmed Study Away Plans – 2024-25 Academic Year
We encourage you to still participate in the Room Selection Process if your study away plans are not finalized. This allows you to secure housing in case your plans fall through. You must sign a housing contract by the due date to be eligible to select a space during the Returning Student Room Selection Process. If Residence Life is notified by the appropriate office, we will remove the fall and spring housing assignments and billing.
