Welcome to Fraternity Housing! The fraternity houses are located on Ukrop Way across Kaplan Arena. Each house has unique qualities and allows members to live in the community with their best friends. Situated on New Campus, residents have easy access to the Campus Recreation, the Commons Dining Hall, Zable Stadium, and academic buildings.

To affirm and strengthen fraternity and sorority life as an important William & Mary tradition, we seek to create living environments that advance the highest and historical values of fraternities and sororities for members, alums, and the college whole will respect and appreciate.
