LANDRUM HALL NOTICE JULY 2018:
Regrettably, we have received confirmation that the Landrum renovation project will extend beyond August. Landrum residents have been notified about this and have information regarding the temporary assignment plans. At this time we anticipate the building to be ready for occupancy in early October, but this is not certain.
Landrum residents will be updated via email as we have more information.

LANDRUM HALL NOTICE MARCH 2018:
As you may know, Landrum Hall is currently under renovation. While the planned finish date is scheduled for late July 2018, we want to make sure residents who choose rooms in Landrum Hall are aware that unexpected delays can occur at any time during the construction process. It is possible that Landrum Hall will not be available for occupancy in August 2018. If this is the case, W&M will temporarily house Landrum residents and staff in vacant spaces/rooms on campus, or in hotels if necessary. Moving assistance will be provided by W&M Moving Services when the building is ready later in the semester. Early arrival requests will not be accepted for this Hall. If the possibility of such a delay and disruption is not acceptable to you, please select a residence hall other than Landrum Hall for next year.
Welcome to Landrum Hall! Landrum Hall is one of the most centrally located residence halls, situated behind the famous Crim Dell Bridge. While there is a great deal of folklore surrounding the Crim Dell, there is one thing for certain - its beauty has been enjoyed by Landrum residents for many years. With such a prime location, residents are never far from the academic buildings on Old or New Campus, particularly helpful when you hit the snooze button one too many times. Landrum's residents enjoy living in a suite style arrangement on one of five floors. Each floor has a lounge and study area. The building also has a laundry facility and kitchen areas. Landrum Hall was named after Grace Warren Landrum, Dean of Women and Professor of English (1927-1947).
