Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.


Office Support Specialist-Greet visitors, answer phones and direct callers to appropriate staff. Assists with general office functions. Includes filing, copying, typing, answering phones, follow-up calls, stocking supplies, assembling packets and mailings, shredding, using the Internet, or other tasks. Training is provided (Norfolk or Williamsburg).

YAAA! (Young Adults for Alzheimer's Awareness) - Our young professionals group is made up of passionate people 21 to 45+. They meet socially once a month at local restaurants. They also  visit nursing homes, plan fundraisers, and help with the Walk to End Alzheimer's.

"Day-of" Williamsburg Walk to End Alzheimer's® Support- (October 25, 2014) Serve at event to help with logistics, set up, tear down, staff support, or general assistance where needed. Great for groups or people looking for an as needed committment.

Walk to End Alzheimer's Teams - Walk to End Alzheimer's teams are made up of friends, families and co-workers who walk together to increase their ability to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research.
