Crossroads is a 24-hour residential facility, which provides a structured, home-like environment for male adolescents who are having behavioral problems at home or in the community. Crossroads provides group meetings to assist individuals in dealing with issues such as anger control, problem solving, and independent living skills; based on need, residents are referred for mental health counseling and substance abuse therapy.


Volunteers are needed to serve as one-on-one role models and tutors, as well as assist with recreation, public relations, transportation, shift work, and office assistance. Internships available: Psychology Interns, Administrative Assistance Interns, Counseling Interns. Projects to be determined according to the fit with the students' curriculum. Hours available after 2:00 pm through 9:00 pm Monday through Friday fall and spring semesters; hours 8:00 a.m. through 6:00 pm summer semester; occasional weekend activity optional.
