Active Citizens Conference
Your conference registration fee includes conference participation and materials, dinner on Friday evening, breakfast and lunch on Saturday and continuous beverage in our Conversation Cafe.
2014 Conference Registration Fee:
$60 William & Mary Student Registration (limited to first 50 students)
$125 Student Registration
$175 Faculty/Staff/Other Registration
*You must register for the conference if you are presenting a session. There are no discounts for presenters.
Credit Card payments may be made using MasterCard, Visa, or Discover on the registration website link above. You can pay by check and Purchase Orders. Please print a copy of your registration confirmation, attach to your check, and mail to: W&M Conference Services Post Office Box 8795 Williamsburg, VA 23187-8795. Checks should be made payable to W&M Conference Services (Federal ID # 54-6001718). All checks must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Once payment is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation showing a zero balance.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged to all cancellations on or prior to February 10,2014. No cancellation refunds will be honored after February 10, 2014 at 5pm. Attendee Substitutions can be made prior to the February 10, 2014 dealine by emailing email@example.com. No substitutions will be allowed after February 10, 2014 at 5pm.
In the unlikely event that this program is canceled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will not refund registration fees and cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
