Registration for 2018 Active Citizens Conference
Registration for the 2018 Conference is open until February 8. Your conference registration fee includes conference participation,materials, breakfast, and lunch on Saturday.
You must register for the conference if you are presenting. There are no discounts for presenters.
2018 Conference Registration Fees:
$35 William & Mary Student Registration
$60 Student Registration
$60 Non-Profit Registration
$75 Faculty/Staff/Other Registration
W&M students can apply for conference funding through Student Leadership Development. Funding requests are due December 2, 2017.
Payment is due at time of registration
Registration is now accepted by credit card at The Office of Community Engagement TouchNet Store. Select Active Citizens Conference and enter the quantity of the registrants for each type. You will be prompted to enter the name, email, and dietary needs of each registrant.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
No cancellation refunds will be honored after February 8, 2018 at 5pm. Attendee substitutions can be made by February 9 by emailing [[gmstemann, Genevieve Stemann]]. No substitutions will be allowed after February 9 at 5pm.
In the unlikely event that this program is canceled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will not refund registration fees and cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
