Lynda.com Video Training Course
Lynda.com offers various high-quality video training sessions on the Office 365 Web Apps. You can go through cornerstone.wm.edu to access the videos, and it will be listed on your W&M training transcript. 

A good starter course for Flow is called: Learning Microsoft Flow. Follow these instructions to find it:
  • Go to cornerstone.wm.edu
  • Sign in with your WMuserid and password
  • Click on the green Browse for Training button on the right side of the page
  • In the search bar in the upper right corner, type Learning Microsoft Flow
  • Click on the name of the course you wish to view.
  • Click Request
  • Click Launch to view the training
