G Suite
Student Email and Google Apps
G Suite (formerly WMApps) is the email service for William & Mary students and alumni (that graduated in or after Spring 2007). Powered by Google, it also includes several additional Google services, like Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. Google provides unlimited data storage for G Suite accounts.
Faculty and staff may request a G Suite account by sending an email to [[support]].
Log in to G Suite
Getting Started
New to William & Mary? Log in to your G Suite email account.
Newly admitted students: please allow 24 hours after submitting your deposit to access your G Suite account.
- Go to www.email.wm.edu.
- In the CAS login screen, enter your W&M Username (i.e. tjefferson) and password

Click Login.
Duo Two-Factor Authentication
Currently enrolled students must enroll in Duo Two-Factor Authentication to access G Suite.

Changes to Google Apps Offerings
Recent changes in the Google for Education licensing agreement re-categorized some Google Apps so they now fall outside of the Google for Education protections. Please see details on our Google App Changes announcement.
