Have a technology question? Now you can get your questions answered via chat! This is a new pilot program that will be tested during the Fall 2020 semester.
Chat will be available during normal business hours for the Technology Support Center and the extended Fall 2020 support hours.
Normal Business Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, except holidays
- Monday - Thursday, 5pm-7pm
- Saturday 9am-3pm
Chats conversations are recorded and saved for 90 days for service records and quality assurance.
