W&M Information Technology and Swem Library have joined forces to offer you technology support that is more convenient than ever!
Important Note! Walk-in support at all help desk locations is temporarily suspended (including Swem.) Please email [[support]] for all non-urgent requests, or call 757-221-4357 (HELP).
W&M IT is now offering technology support services in Swem Library! The help desk is located on Swem's first floor, to the back, left side of the building as you walk in the entry way doors - near the Reference book area.
The W&M IT Help Desk at Swem hours during the Spring 2020 academic semester are:
- Monday - Thursday: 10am-7pm
- Friday: 10am-5pm
(Except holidays or times when Swem Library is closed.)
Additional support is also offered by phone from 5pm-7pm on Mondays through Thursdays. Please note that services may be limited during the 5pm-7pm hours, as the main Technology Support Center in Jones Hall closes at 5pm.
