Banner, along with various related systems, may be unavailable on Sundays throughout the transition to Banner 9.
As W&M transitions to Banner 9, it is necessary for W&M IT to have a regular weekly window reserved for Banner maintenance. We may or may not need to make Banner unavailable during the maintenance windows, but we are reserving the time to do so, just in case.
The Banner maintenance window is every Sunday beginning at 8:00am and generally lasting until 12:00pm (noon). Banner and several Banner-related systems may either be unavailable or partially impacted during the windows. Please plan accordingly.
The next Banner maintenance outage is scheduled for Sunday, Feb 17th, from 8am - 5pm.
In consultation with the campus community, we have identified dates where Banner maintenance may be a hindrance to university business. Banner maintenance will not be performed on those dates.

Banner Self-Service will be unavailable.
Banner Admin PROD
Banner Admin PROD will be unavailable.
ODSP/Discoverer (Banner Reports)
Reporting from Banner will also be unavailable.
Argos (Banner Reports)
Reporting from Banner via Argos will also be unavailable.
W&M Mobile App - My Courses & Grades Module
The My Courses & Grades Module of the W&M mobile app will also be unavailable.
Blackboard Course Generator
The system that creates courses for Blackboard will be unavailable. However, Blackboard pages and courses already existing will be fully-functional and able to be updated.
TouchNet Bill Payment (eServices)
TouchNet Bill will be unavailable.
The Blue Course Evaluation System will be available but not updated until after the maintenance concludes.
Campus Recreation/Tennis Center
The Fusion System used by Campus Recreation and the Tennis Center will be available but not updated until after the maintenance concludes.
