Professor Daniel Maliniak received his Ph.D. in Political Science at the University of California, San Diego in 2014. He teaches international relations courses on international political economy and the environment. He is a principal investigator for the Teaching, Research and International Policy (TRIP) program, which focuses on the intersections between the academy, policy and teaching. His work has been supported by the Carnegie Corporation and the MacArthur Foundation.
