  • Modify webpages
  • Upload files

Note: Website privileges are only related to Facilities Management webpages. Contact [[creative, University Web & Design]] regarding any changes outside of the Facilities Management website.

What you need to know about uploading documentation (Word, PDF, Excel, etc.)

The Facilities Management website contains documentation that is helpful to users inside and outside of the department. Uploading documents is handled by FM Staff Administrative Assistant, but the following is required :

  • Please ensure that documents are in the desired format before submitting them for upload. Modifications, corrections and format changes to documents will not be performed. For example, if you want your file to be in a pdf format before it is uploaded, it must be in a pdf format when you submit it for upload. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact [[rbzrakovi, FM Staff Administrative Assistant]].
  • File names must follow a proper naming convention. Remove any spaces and capital letters from file names.
