Resources

As members of the Facilities Management team, we work across the campus on a daily basis.  At times, we may encounter unfamiliar situations or experience unusual issues that cause us to want guidance, support, or just information.  As staff members at William & Mary, we are fortunate to have many resources available to help address issues and concerns we may have.  Quite often, a good first step is to contact your supervisor for assistance.  On occasion, you may not feel comfortable discussing a matter with your supervisor, other members of the organizational chain can be helpful.  We also have a variety of departments that can provide assistance with specific matters.  Listed below are the members of your organizational chain as well as contact information for various resources on campus.  I encourage you to take advantage of these resources whenever the need arises.
