Print ad in a national professional journal: Per Department of Labor regulations, if you are conducting a search for a tenure eligible teaching faculty position and from that search a foreign national is hired for whom the College intends to sponsor permanent residency, you can only do so if a print ad in a national professional journal was placed and run during the course of the search (i.e. before the candidate is selected). A print ad in a publication such as the Chronicle of Higher Education print edition would meet this requirement.
