“Transition and Transformation: Increasing Awareness and Appreciation of Diversity Workshop to Enhance Peer Leadership”
The project concept is to deliver a workshop designed to help participants understand what diversity is all about, and how they can work together to better support each other and the diverse population of students on campus and throughout the world. The goal is to help these leaders develop the ability to empathize, establish rapport and reach a very broad range of students from diverse backgrounds.
