About Me

A.B. in Psychology, William & Mary

M.Ed. in Educational Policy, Planning and Leadership, William & Mary

Ed.D. in Higher Education, William & Mary

I direct the Academic Enrichment Programs, including the Tribe TutorZone, our CRLA-certified peer tutoring program, which I founded in 2011. I provide individual academic consultations for students and manage an intervention program, Aspire, for students with high academic support needs. In my role as an Associate Dean of Students, I regularly collaborate with faculty and other campus resources, and frequently serve as a point of referral for students with varying academic and personal needs. Previously, I have been employed in Academic Advising, Graduate Education Admissions, and was the founder of The Academy, a student-athlete academic support program for the Department of Athletics. I've been employed at the university since 1990. I am a cat lover, an avid gardener, and an enthusiastic William & Mary sports fan. Go Tribe!
