Reporting Issues to the Dean of Students Office

We encourage you to contact us promptly with any concerns about our students.  Concerns may range from possible conduct or honor violations or concerns for the general welfare of a student.  You may use the online report forms below to report matters, and we will follow up promptly.  You also may contact William & Mary Police at 221-4596 if you have an imminent safety concern.

Sexual Misconduct Incident Report (Title IX)

This website provides two online reporting options. For information about other reporting options, including criminal reporting, visit

Confidential Report-Sexual Misconduct/Title IX: This is a confidential reporting option for students who have experienced sex and gender based discrimination, including sexual violence, and other forms of sexual harassment. Use this link to access the college's confidential support resources. Services are provided by trained staff members who are generally not required to share information with any other school official without consent.

Report Sexual Misconduct: Use this link to report concerns related to sex and gender based discrimination, including sexual violence, and other forms of sexual harassment. This form should be used by mandatory reporters (faculty, staff, and student staff), as well as students, parents, and members of the community who want to make the College aware of a situation involving sexual misconduct. With the exception of mandatory reporters, those using this form can choose whether or not to identify themselves or any of the individuals involved.

If you have questions or concerns about the reporting process, you may contact the Dean of Students Office at 757-221-2509.
