Re-enrollment after Withdrawal from W&M

The re-enrollment form is used by students who wish to return to William & Mary and who have not enrolled as a degree seeking student at another institution since last attending the university. If a student is approaching six years from the initial enrollment date, the student may expedite part of this process by contacting the Office of Academic Advising and forwarding their academic plan to the Dean of Students Office. Students should apply for re-enrollment as soon as possible after making the decision to resume their studies at William & Mary. Students who are returning from a full medical withdrawal should refer to the Re-Enrollment & Medical Clearance page for more information.

Deadlines for Re-enrollment (including Reinstatement to Good Standing and Medical Clearance):

Fall Semester: July 15
Spring Semester: November 15
Summer Term: April 15
