Winter Seminars Student Housing

There is no residency requirement for the DC Winter Seminars, but the W&M Washington Center reserves boutique hotel rooms just off of Dupont Circle in Washington, DC for students who opt to live in our W&M sponsored housing. 

Hotel Features:

The W&M Washington Center reserves hotel rooms from multiple different hotels in the Dupont Circle neighborhood. While we cannot guarantee specific hotels, each hotel includes these features: 

  • Walking distance to W&M Washington Center
  • Walking distance to Dupont Circle (Red Line) and Farragut West (Blue, Orange, and Silver Lines) Metro stations
  • High speed internet WiFi
  • Access to a fitness center
  • Laundry service
  • Restaurant on site
  • Room service
  • Maid service

Students participating in the DC Winter Seminars may choose to live on their own or are given priority to W&M sponsored housing. DC Winter Seminars students are required to notify the Housing Coordinator of their housing needs by the date given by the DC Winter Seminars Coordinator. All students who request W&M sponsored housing by the given date are guaranteed housing.

Costs and Fees

The rates for those who choose to stay in W&M sponsored housing are $650 for a double room or $1,000 for a single room for the 10 day program.
