Sexual Misconduct Policy and Procedure for Student Complaints

W&M has a policy and a procedure relating to sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and other forms of sexual misconduct. The policy defines prohibited conduct and covers matters related to reporting.  The university also has procedures, processes used to address reports or complaints of policy violations.

The policy and procedure together help W&M implement its Policy on Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation, which prohibits sexual harassment including sexual misconduct.
