Disability Working Group

The Disability Working Group was created in February 2017 to investigate how the university can more effectively meet the needs of our community members who deal daily with mobility, visual, hearing, neurological and other such impairments. Advocacy from faculty was important to the group's establishment and to its work.  In particular, the group thanks Professor Regina Root, an original member.

The Disability Working Group was charged both to identify and implement lost-cost changes to make our campus and programs more accessible, and to review and prioritize more resource intensive steps for future execution.

Although the Disability Working Group has completed its initial charge, the university always seeks input on ways to improve accessibility. Should you have questions, concerns or suggestions, please contact Carla Costello, ADA Coordinator, [[cacostello]]. We value your input.
