ADA/Rehabilitation Act Coordinator

The ADA/Rehabilitation Act Coordinator is the university official designated under federal regulations as responsible for overseeing William & Mary's compliance with the ADA, Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and other federal and state laws and regulations relating to persons with disabilities. 

The ADA/Rehabilitation Act Coordinator:
  • oversees implementation of policies and procedures, designed to ensure compliance with the ADA/Rehabilitation Act 
  • Provides guidance, information, resources and training to members of the campus community 
  • Serves as the liaison with the state and federal agencies that enforce the ADA or the Rehabilitation Act
  • Monitors the university's ADA/Rehabilitation Act compliance
