How does the Fall Recruiting Consortium work?
Step 1: Register for the event. Use this site to register no later than September 2. We recommend that you register as soon as possible since space is limited. Payment is due no later than September 2.
Step 2: Wait for Approval. This will usually take 1-2 business days. We will contact you if we need additional information about your organization.
Step 3: Post Your Positions. After you've been approved for the event, you can log-in to the site and post all available full-time and internship opportunities under the "Jobs" tab. We will review your jobs and attach an interview schedule for you. Each interview schedule will consist of 13 interview slots. We will contact you if we need additional information about your position(s).
Step 4: Review Applicants and Make Selections. You will receive all student applications from the schools by October 3. You will then select the candidates to interview. Selection must include at least 1 student from each school plus additional students as preferred and a list of alternate candidates by Monay, October 10th.
Step 5: Attend the Interview Day. We will coordinate the scheduling of interviews and filling of alternate spaces. You will represent your organization at the Fall Recruiting Consortium's Interview Day on Friday, October 28th. Your interview schedule will begin at 9:00 am.
