Elaine Turville

Elaine Turville, PMP, leads the Accenture Health & Public Service practice serving human services and nonprofit organizations. Her team provides management and technology consulting to organizations such as USDA, DOL, NSF, the United Nations, and various nonprofits and Foundations across the United States. Elaine has been with Accenture for over 19 years working across multiple industries in the technology space. Elaine holds a bachelor of science in economics from The College of William and Mary, and is based out of Accenture’s Washington, D.C. office. In addition to leading the Human Services practice, she also supports Accenture's local corporate citizenship program, which provides skills-based volunteering programs to small, local, community nonprofits. She was recognized as a top female leader in the technology industry by Women in Technology and honored as a 40 under 40 by Leadership Arlington in 2014, and selected by Consulting magazine for 2010 with a Future Leader award. She serves on the Board of Regents for Leadership Arlington.
