Faculty , Staff, and Student Decals are no longer available for purchase online. 2017-18 decals are required to park from Sep 1 forward. All decal purchases must be made in the Parking Services Office during normal hours of operation.
The online parking portal at https://wm.t2hosted.com remains open for customers to manage accounts, file appeals, and pay citations. Login using your W&M Network credentials. Once on the portal you can proceed to "Manage Account". You can update vehicle information (Make, Model, Color, Type , and year). You cannot delete vehicles from the history, and if you have changed license plates you must add a new vehicle before requesting a permit.
Please have your DMV registration handy to ensure the information is accurate. Residential data from Banner has been uploaded to determine your affiliation (resident vs commuter). Resident students may only register one (1) vehicle on campus and will receive an adhesive decal; Commuter students may register up to three (3) family owned vehicles and will receive hangtag decal.
Freshmen and Sophomores requesting exceptions to policy, may not use the portal, for those transactions you will need to submit the appropriate request in advance, then once contacted and approved proceed to the main Parking Office to complete the vehicle registration and purchase transaction.
Carpoolers can only use the portal to update personal and vehicle infomation. However must stop by the Parking office in person to complete the Carpool Agreement, all members must sign the agreement and be present at the time of purchase.
Note: For transactions requiring payment, the portal only accepts MC, VISA, or DISC payments.
