Normal Hours of Operation - Effective Aug 15th, 2022
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday (no change) Office remains closed, unless otherwise advertised.
- Parking Services will also be closed on the official holidays that the university will observe during the academic year.
Summer Holidays
Our office is closed for both observance of Memorial Day in May and for the Independence Day Holiday in July and Labor Day in September.
Location
The Parking & Transportation Services office is located at 104 Jamestown Rd. Our Customer Service area is setup at the front counter in the main lobby of the Campus Center and the main administrative office is in Suite 109. Map of campus (pdf)
Visitors
Parking Services no longer provides 1-day Visitor passes. All visitors should park in designated Passport Zones and use the Pay-by-phone app to cover time on campus.
Directions from Newport News, Hampton
- I-64 WEST,
- Take the VA-199 WEST exit, exit number 242A, towards Williamsburg/Busch
Gardens/Jamestown, - Merge on VA-199 West,
- Turn RIGHT on JAMESTOWN RD,
- Proceed to intersection with RICHMOND RD, bear right onto S. BOUNDARY ST. Turn LEFT on GRIGSBY DR then follow road LEFT into the large parking lot.
- Walk back up GRIGSBY DR to the Campus Center.
Directions from Richmond
- I-64 EAST,
- Take the VA-199 East exit, exit number 234, towards LIGHTFOOT,
- Turn LEFT on JAMESTOWN RD,
- Proceed to intersection with RICHMOND RD, bear right onto S. BOUNDARY ST. Turn LEFT on GRIGSBY DR then follow road LEFT into the large parking lot.
- Walk back up GRIGSBY DR to the Campus Center.
