Thank you for your interest in hosting a program at William & Mary. In an effort to help make our operations more sustainable, we have moved to an electronic interest application.
Complete this form for each program to provide our office with information that is pertinent to scheduling for the upcoming conference season. Please be as thorough as possible; we understand that details change during the planning process of an event. We will then review your information, set up a meeting to discuss your needs, and provide a proposal for your event.

Dining Hall Meals
Dining hours vary during the summer based on volume. Conference Services will try to schedule your preferred times, but some times may need to be adjusted. To best serve your guests, each group will be assigned a meal time to maximize flow in the dining hall. Please do not finalize your schedule prior to receiving confirmation of the assigned meal times.
