Registration Processing

  • Design an electronic system to collect conference registrations. Client will be afforded the opportunity to review, test, and approve the registration site. Registration site will be modified and launched within five days of client’s approval.
  • Handle the collection, receipt, and processing of registrations and fees.
  • Generate electronic confirmations for all registrations.
  • Per instructions from client, will issue invoices for attendees registering via purchase order and will generate at least one follow-up for all registrations with an outstanding balance prior to the conference.
  • Provide a toll-free number for customer calls.
  • Respond to all attendee correspondence and calls in a timely manner, striving to address any concerns.
  • Provide client with periodic reports showing conference registrations and payment status.
  • Ability to send post-event electronic survey for feedback to all attendees who participated in conference.
