Preparation of Materials

  • Provide standard black and white name badges for each registered attendee. Name badges for those attendees who are not registered in the system can be prepared for a fee of $5 each.
  • Review marketing materials to ensure consistency in registration information.
  • Provide final attendee list to the group planner, and lists of attendees registered for individual events/sessions as needed.
  • Gather final copies of conference materials and arrange for duplication, collation, and assembly of materials for conference into bags or folders (printing costs will be additional charge).
  • Create and print Certificates of Attendance on standard paper for attendees who participated in the conference or individual sessions.

  • Create general conference signage.
  • Make available maps and information about local events and attractions for attendees on-site.
