Logistical Support

  1. Assign a conference coordinator to provide logistical support to the group planner, including:
    • reserving appropriate meeting space
    • making arrangements with vendors for catered events
    • coordinating room setups, parking, audio-visual and other required services
  2. Issue a contract, work with client to obtain required certificate of insurance, generate final invoice, and transfer funds to appropriate department.
  3. Assist with the RFP process for off-site lodging, transportation services, or any other required service.
  4. Make master account hotel reservations as authorized by approved representatives.
