- Assign a conference coordinator to provide
logistical support to the group planner, including:
- reserving appropriate
- making arrangements with vendors for catered events
- coordinating room setups, parking, audio-visual and other required services
- Issue a contract, work with client to obtain
required certificate of insurance, generate final invoice, and transfer funds
to appropriate department.
- Assist with the RFP process for off-site
lodging, transportation services, or any other required service.
- Make master account hotel reservations as
authorized by approved representatives.
