Board of Visitors to meet in Williamsburg on Nov. 20-22, 2013
The Board of Visitors of the College of William & Mary will meet in Williamsburg Nov. 20-22, 2013.
Committee meetings will begin at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013, and will be held on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall located at 262 Richmond Rd. The meetings are scheduled to conclude by 6 p.m. The Board will then attend a reception at 6 p.m. in the Wightman Cup Room at William & Mary Hall, located at 751 Ukrop Way. The reception will be followed by the William & Mary’s men’s basketball game vs. High Point.
On Thursday, Nov. 21, the meetings in Blow Hall will begin at 8:30 a.m. The Board will then attend a lunch at noon with students in room 201 on the second floor of Blow Hall before resuming meetings at 1:20 p.m. The committee meetings are scheduled to conclude by 5:45 p.m. That evening, the board will attend a reception and dinner beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Plumeri House, located at 119 Chandler Ct.
On Friday, Nov. 22, the meetings will begin at 8:30 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by noon.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
