W&M Board of Visitors to Meet in Williamsburg on Feb 25-26
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet at the Alumni House, located at 500 Richmond Road in Williamsburg on February 25-26, 2021.
Committee meetings will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 25, and the Board will have lunch at approximately 11:30 a.m. Committee meetings will resume at approximately 12:00 p.m., and are scheduled to conclude by 4:30 p.m. The Board will then attend a dinner at 6:30 p.m., in the Williamsburg Lodge, located at 310 S England St in Williamsburg.
On Friday, February 26, the full Board will resume meetings at 8:00 a.m. in the Alumni House, and conclude at approximately 12:30 p.m., to be followed by lunch. All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary.
In accordance with Va. Code §2.2-3708.2.D, the public may witness the meetings by attending in person or remotely. Anyone who attends in person is required to wear a face mask the entire time they are inside the building and while on campus. Attendees will also be required to complete a health screening including a temperature check. Anyone experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or who has been asked by state or local health officials to self-quarantine should not come to campus. Physically distanced seating will be available in the meeting rooms and will be limited. The public may also witness the meetings via phone. There will be no opportunity for public comment either by attendees at the primary meeting location or by remote participants.
