Given the extraordinary impact of the pandemic on most aspects of university life, members of the Board will conduct a listening session at the Alumni House on September 23 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. This will be an opportunity for members to receive feedback on any issues the public would like to raise. There will be a two minute limit for participants to address the Board so that as many who want to speak are able to do so.

The same strict safety guidelines will be followed at this session so space will be limited.  Anyone who attends in person is required to wear a face mask the entire time they are inside the building and while on campus.  Attendees will also be required to complete a health screening including a temperature check.  Anyone experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or who has been asked by state or local health officials to self-quarantine should not come to campus. Physically distanced seating will be available in the meeting room and will be limited.
