W&M Board of Visitors to meet Feb. 5-7
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet in Williamsburg on Feb. 5-7, 2020.
Committee meetings will begin at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5, in the Board Room and Board Conference Room on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Rd. The meetings are scheduled to conclude by 6:30 p.m. The Board will then attend a dinner in the Reves Room located in the Reves Center for International Studies, at 200 South Boundary St.
On Thursday, Feb. 6, meetings will resume at 8:15 a.m. in the Board Room and in Room 201 of Blow Hall and will continue until 1 p.m. Two joint meetings with other boards will take place in the afternoon. The first — with the W&M Foundation Athletics Subcommittee and BOV Committee on the Student Experience — will take place at 1:15 p.m. in Chesapeake C, at the Sadler Center, located at 200 Stadium Dr. The second — with the Board of Visitors, the W&M Foundation Board of Trustees, Alumni Association Board of Directors and the Annual Giving Board of Directors — will start at approximately 3 p.m. in the Sadler Center, Chesapeake A & B, and conclude by 5:30 p.m.
A reception will be held for the leadership boards in Tidewater A & B in the Sadler Center from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
On Friday Feb. 7, committee meetings will reconvene in Blow Hall at 7:45 a.m. in the Board Room and Board Conference Room and should conclude by approximately 11:30 a.m. The Board will then have lunch with members of the W&M Cypher Society in Blow Hall Room 201.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
