W&M Board of Visitors to meet Nov. 20-22
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet in Williamsburg on Nov. 20-22, 2019.
Committee meetings will begin at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20, in the Board Conference Room on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Rd. The meetings are scheduled to conclude by 6:30 p.m. The board will then attend a reception and dinner in the Raymond A. Mason School of Business Executive Dining Room, located at 101 Ukrop Way.
On Thursday, Nov. 21, board meetings will resume at 8:15 a.m. in Blow Hall, and recess by approximately 11 a.m. At approximately 11:15 a.m., the board will depart for the Muscarelle Museum of Art, located at 603 Jamestown Rd., for lunch and an exhibit tour. At approximately 1:30 p.m., board meetings will resume in Blow Hall Room 201 and the Board Room until 3:30 p.m. At approximately 3:45 p.m., the board will tour the new Entrepreneurship Hub at Tribe Square, located at 315 Richmond Rd, and meet there until approximately 5:45 p.m. At 6:30 p.m., the board will attend a reception and strolling supper in the President’s Suite at Zable Stadium, located at 100 Stadium Dr.
On Friday, Nov. 22, meetings will resume at 8:30 a.m. in the Board Room in Blow Hall and should conclude at approximately 12:30 p.m. The Board will then have lunch in Blow Hall Room 201 with several members of student, faculty and staff leadership.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
