W&M Board of Visitors to hold retreat July 21-22
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will hold a retreat on July 21-22, 2016 at James Monroe’s Highland, located at 2050 James Monroe Parkway in Charlottesville, Virginia. The purpose of the meeting is to serve as the annual planning retreat for members of the Board.
On Thursday, July 21, the Board will begin the retreat at 10:30 a.m. in The Event Barn (upper level) followed by lunch at 12:00 p.m. The meetings will resume at 1:45 p.m. and are scheduled to conclude by 6 p.m. The Board will then attend a reception and dinner at 5350 Fry’s Path in Charlottesville.
On Friday, July 22, the meetings will resume at 8:30 a.m. in The Event Barn and should conclude by 1:00 p.m.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
