Board of Visitors to meet in Williamsburg on Sept. 24-26
The Board of Visitors of the College of William & Mary will meet in Williamsburg on Sept. 24-26, 2014.
Committee meetings will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, in the Board Room on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Rd. The meetings are scheduled to conclude by 6:30 p.m. The Board will then attend a dinner at 7 p.m. at the Plumeri House, located at 119 Chandler Ct.
On Thursday, Sept. 25, the meetings will resume at 8:30 a.m. in Blow Hall. The Board will then attend a lunch at 12:10 p.m. with students in room 201 on the second floor of Blow Hall before resuming meetings at 1:30 p.m. The committee meetings are scheduled to conclude by 6 p.m. The Board will then attend a ceremony honoring new members in the Blue Room of the Sir Christopher Wren Building, located at 111 Jamestown Rd. The ceremony will be followed by a board reception and dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Wren.
On Friday, Sept. 26, the meetings will begin at 8 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by 12:30 p.m.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
