Board of Visitors to hold retreat in Williamsburg
The Board of Visitors of the College of William & Mary will hold a retreat in Williamsburg Aug. 15-16, 2014. The purpose of the meeting is to serve as the annual planning retreat for members of the Board.
On Friday, Aug. 15, the Board will attend a lunch at 11:45 a.m. in the Director’s Lounge on the first floor of Providence Hall at Colonial Williamsburg, located at 136 E. Francis St. The retreat sessions will begin at 1:05 p.m., and will be held in the Director’s Meeting Room on the second floor; they are scheduled to conclude by 6:15 p.m. That evening, the Board will attend a dinner beginning at 7:15 p.m. at the Cohen Career Center, located at 180 Stadium Dr.
On Saturday, Aug. 16, the meetings will begin at 8:45 a.m., and will be held in the Board Room on the third floor of Blow Hall located at 262 Richmond Rd.; they should conclude by 2 p.m.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
