Kimball Theatre is located at 428 W Duke of Gloucester St., in the heart of Merchant's Square.
The historic Kimball Theatre has become the cornerstone of Williamsburg's performing arts community. Centrally located in Merchant's Square, the Kimball Theatre is home to stage productions, musical performances, speakers and more produced by community groups and William & Mary alike. The Kimball Theatre opened in 1933 to the William & Mary production of "The Recruiting Officer" and beginning in 2018 will serve as the main production facility for the Department of Theatre & Dance while the William & Mary Arts Quarter is under construction.
There is a paid parking lot ($2 an hour) at the corner of S. Boundary and Francis Streets. Visitors are encouraged to park in the available Colonial Williamsburg parking lots and garages.
Boswell (formerly Morton) Hall is located at the intersection of Jamestown Road and Campus Drive. The Theatre, Speech, and Dance administrative office is located in Boswell 131.
Directions from College Corner
From College Corner (the 'V' intersection of Jamestown and Richmond Roads), proceed west past Phi Beta Kappa Circle and turn right into the next parking area. Boswell Hall lies directly ahead.
