Summer Courses
For Summer 2023, NIAHD will offer four 200-level courses!
During Session 1 (June 18 - July 8, 2023), students can register for History 216: Artifacts of American History (a new course), History 217: The Road to the American Revolution, or History 218: The Road to the United States Civil War. All three of these classes will be residential courses on-campus at William & Mary.
During Session 2 (July 9 - July 29, 2023), students can register for one of NIAHD's residential courses--History 217: The Road to the American Revolution or History 218: The Road to the United States Civil War. NIAHD will also offer a new virtual course, History 212: The Civil War in American Memory.
Students choose their preferred session and course when they apply to the program.
All courses are open to rising high school juniors and seniors, as well as to rising college freshmen. There are no prerequisites for any of NIAHD's Pre-College courses.
