"My work at EPA this summer mainly entails sustaining, improving, and translating the Agency's evidence-based performance management policy implementation. Using my quantitative data skills and familiarity with performance measurement - both bolstered through W&M's MPP program - I analyze performance reports and brief key stakeholders, including the Acting Deputy Administrator, on major performance management opportunities, obstacles, and solutions. I also assist the Agency in transitioning to a new, more streamlined performance management system by crafting technical guidances, testing end-user experiences, and providing data quality assurance." - Pat Wise, MPP '20
